Project Architect, AIA

"If someone's gotta do it, it might as well be me."

What is your background?

I was born in Wichita and grew up in Tulsa. I graduated in 2015 from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of Architectural Design. I became licensed in architecture in 2021.

Why did you get into this profession?

I was always interested in designing my own home from start to finish. I wanted to know everything it took and during the process I became fascinated in design and the intricacies of each project.

What is Your Favorite Project?

Two answers: 1st: Seminole Veterans Center – It was just such a unique design with several different aspects that deviated from the norm. 2nd: EduRec Activity Center– it is still unbuilt but I felt like we really invested in the client and the community. We put in a lot of time and effort because we believed in the purpose and wanted our client to succeed for the betterment of our community. I felt like we were part of it.

Who is one of your heroes?

Santiago Calatrava. He is daring, bold, and thinks outside the box.

What is a Fun Fact About You?

If I could dye my hair and still see clients I would.
