In 2017, the Cherokee Nation hired TriArch to renovate and expand the Will Rogers Downs Cherokee Casino. One of only 3 sanctioned horse tracks in Oklahoma, the 60,000 sqft structure was in desperate need of repair. Part of the renovation consisted of adding a parimutual betting area, relocating the main restaurant, relocating and expanding the gaming area, adding a large dance floor and stage, adding a central bar area, and giving the outside a facelift with the styling of traditional horse race tracks. The renovation also improved ADA access throughout as well as safety and security features throughout.
