Skiatook, OK

TriArch was awarded the 2012 architectural contract for Skiatook Public Schools.  We were selected based on our ability to help the district “tell their story” through design, graphics, video, and advanced communication.  Skiatook wanted their next generation of buildings and additions to be designed with BIM technology and wanted a firm that was forward thinking and was well-versed in the master planning process, as well as a firm that could be a partner in educating the district about the needs in the school facilities.  Skiatook passed a $6 Million bond that paid for secure entrances at all campuses, a new elementary school, roof repairs, and miscellaneous maintenance items.

TriArch is also currently working with Skiatook on a facilities master plan to help guide the vision of growth over the next 10-15 years.
