We started DesignLoft Studios in 2006 as a merchandising company that would complement TriArch, our services-only company. Through our relationships that we build with different vendors, we are able to buy and procure furniture, fixtures, equipment, and amenities (FF+E) at discount rates that we pass on to you.

We have processed over $2 Million worth of FF+E for different clients, saving them over $500,000 in the process.

Not only do we save you money through our volume buying capacity, we also have over 3500sf of conditioned warehouse space that we can use to help inventory your furniture.

Many times a furniture order has long lead times and the client has to wait for the building to be finished before they can even order. We store the inventory specifically so that there is no wait between when the building is ready and when we can deliver and install it.

 

Interior Design Services

TriArch is a "boutique" firm that specializes in very specialized, custom designs for our clients. Because of this, interior design is a large component of what we provide.

Most clients believe that interior designers select paint colors and finishes and then move on to the next project, but that is far from the truth at TriArch. Our interior designers work hand-in-hand with the architects to give you a holistic, unified design inside and out.

Because of this, you are ensured the peace of mind knowing your interiors are being designed with the latest knowledge and expertise. Along with this training, we are also lighting design-certified, allowing us to help you make complex lighting decisions and guide you with today's latest lighting technology.

Certified Interior Designers

holistic designMost people that call themselves interior designers are actually interior decorators, acquiring little or no formal training. To be a certified Interior Designer means that you have completed a 4 year accredited college degree in Interior Design, and over 2 years of apprenticeship under the tutelage of a licensed architect or a certified Interior Designer. We have NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) staff, which ensures you are getting much more than just a "decorator" who doesn't have the architectural training to be able to integrate design solutions into a complex, sophisticated building environment.

BIM Interiors

Through our extensive use of BIM technology, our Interior Design staff can provide you with photo-realistic interior renderings of spaces showing accurate material finishes and lighting. Our staff is so well-trained with this technology that we can produce an accurate view into any room in the building that reflects real life qualities.
