Julie Reynolds

There are many groups that provide stewardship resources and guidance for capital campaigns but very few that are involved in all aspects of your building project from master planning through fundraising and finally construction and living in your new church home. The diverse backgrounds and talents of our staff provide real world experience in the actual “doing” that must take place.

Our Managing Director, Julie Reynolds is our Capital Stewardship consultant. She served in a leadership capacity of a 7,000 member church in Tulsa, Oklahoma for nearly seven years. As Managing Director and CFO, she was responsible for the church’s construction project and relocation to their new church of 240,000 square feet with a construction cost of $28 million and total budget of $35 million. She was also responsible for the most recent expansion project adding an additional 75,000 square feet totaling $14 million.

Coupling her design and construction experience with her donor development and capital fundraising experience makes her a great resource for any building with a need for funding, especially churches. Julie understands the intricacies of dealing with congregations, leadership, pastors, committees, architects, contractors and staff.

Capital Campaign/ Donor Development

The Purpose

At TriArch, we want to have a positive impact on other people. We are sure that you do too. We believe that we have such an opportunity by partnering with you and with your building and capital stewardship programs. The Bible says, “Without a vision, the people perish.” A vision unites people into a common dream. We very much want to be instrumental in both unifying your congregation and helping you see your dreams come true.

Why do a Capital Stewardship Program?

We consider this a journey that a body of believers embarks upon together that creates unity and a sense of purpose and confirmation of God’s call on their lives. It also creates opportunities for teaching, testimonials and prayer concerning the very important but sometimes overlooked subject of Biblical Stewardship. Ultimately, it is an opportunity for your congregation and community to be part of God’s activity and to be blessed through their obedience.

What does a typical program consist of?

First, our goal is to make this journey anything but typical but there are certain components of a campaign that make it work effectively and efficiently. Our goal is to tell your story and create the journey that fits your culture. We do this through the use of communication materials, sermons and teaching, events and most importantly prayer.

What are the usual results?

Most churches experience profound changes in the giving habits of their congregation. Beyond the financial results, this promises to be a spiritual renewal in the life of your church. Your church body will have a deeper understanding of your vision and typically leaders are both identified and developed.

The Program

Our role is to provide direction and coaching in the processes by providing the following:

While all campaigns are similar in their approach to communications and involvement of your congregation, we understand that each church is unique with a culture and vision that God has placed on your ministry. We take the time to listen and help develop strategies that reach across all the different ministries and generations that are part of your congregation. We know that communicating with youth takes a different approach and technology than reaching your senior adults. Donor development is a key component that many churches ignore but is vital in sustaining growth.
