Chouteau, OK

In the fall of 2013, Chouteau-Mazie’s existing facilites were not only run down, but inadequate for the sheer number of students in the district. The design put students in compromising situations and was a constant headache for maintenance and administrators. The district hired TriArch Architecture to develop a master plan to meet the needs of the students and staff.

TriArch organized a plan to build a new high school, implement secure entrances, renovate the gymnasium and create a new agriculture building. In addition to this, TriArch planned for a site expansion of Mazie Elementary School, roof repairs, and many other improvements.   Though the district was populated by many large landowners that were averse to having their property taxes raised, the bond passed in part due to TriArch's marketing campaign which included a video, brochures, and stickers to be worn at town events.
